• Valley of the Kings: Explore the remarkably preserved royal tombs belonging to the New Kingdom pharaohs, including the great ruler Ramses II and the boy king Tutankhamun.

• The Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (Deir el-Bahari): Known as "Djeser-Djeseru" (The Holy of Holies), this is one of the most stunning architectural masterpieces of the ancient world. It consists of three tiered levels connected by ramps, featuring wall scenes depicting the divine birth of the Queen and her famous commercial expedition to the Land of Punt. The temple is primarily dedicated to the supreme god Amun-Ra.

Afterwards, we will cross to the East Bank of the Nile to visit two of the most monumental temple complexes:

1. Karnak Temple Complex: A vast and awe-inspiring open-air museum comprising a colossal mix of decayed temples, chapels, pylons, and historical structures. Construction at the complex began during the Middle Kingdom under Senusret I and continued well into the Ptolemaic Period. It is the second-largest ancient religious site in the world and was primarily dedicated to the worship of the Theban Triad (God Amun, his consort Mut, and their son Khonsu).

2. Luxor Temple: Centrally located in the modern city, this magnificent temple was the focal point of the grand ancient Egyptian Opet Festival, depicted vividly on its walls. Its inner sanctum was built by King Amenhotep III, while the outer courtyard and pylon were constructed by King Ramses II. Upon entering, you will also discover the historic Mosque of Abu Al-Haggag, built over the ruins of a church that once stood inside the temple grounds. At the rear of the temple, you can explore sacred chapels built by King Thutmosis III and Alexander the Great.
